Meet The Course Creator

I have experienced grief many times—losing a pet, a family member, moving from one country to another, losing a home, a job, my health, trust, and even faith. But like many others, I didn’t know how to grieve. I numbed my emotions with food and marijuana, cried endlessly, and stayed stuck in victimhood far longer than I should have—simply because I didn’t know how to heal.

Everything changed the day I lost my puppy. I found him crushed on the highway, and my heart shattered. He wasn’t just a pet—he was my son. That devastating loss became the turning point of my life. Through the Grief Recovery Method, I found a way to process my pain, release guilt, sadness, and even childhood wounds. I finally experienced peace and lightness again.

Since then, I have helped many clients navigate their own grief—some who suffered for decades after losing a child or a parent, unable to find closure. With my step-by-step guidance, they were able to heal their hearts, free themselves from painful emotions, and move forward with peace.

What I find heartbreaking is that so many people turn to alcohol, medication, or distractions to numb feelings they don’t even recognize as grief. They carry unresolved sorrow, thinking they are depressed when, in reality, they simply need to heal.

My purpose is to help you understand how grief impacts your mental, physical, and spiritual health, as well as the people around you. And most importantly, to show you that healing is possible. This course is your first step toward finding peace, releasing emotional pain, and truly moving forward with your life.
