From Heartbreak to Healing: My Personal Path Through Loss

My puppy BB Prince died. I loved him like my son. I grieved alone, isolating myself because I couldn’t talk about my loss. I didn’t want to be judged or ignored. No one could feel my deep connection to my dog and my broken heart. I felt sadness, anger, disappointment, loneliness, and guilt.

Two years later, after adopting another dog, I didn’t feel better. I couldn’t stop crying. Time alone didn’t heal my broken heart. Replacing the loss didn’t free me from guilt and sadness. I was hurt and needed help, but I didn’t know I could recover. I missed him a lot and wanted to feel better. So, I invested in myself by registering for This Program.
